I have identified a novel mathematical expression that defines the intrinsic characteristics of enzymes, forming a foundational element for modern drug discovery research.
I have derived mathematical expressions demonstrating that fluctuations in pocket water within enzymes modulate the internal electrostatic potential, thereby stimulating remote active sites. By calculating the critical damping characteristic to each enzyme, it becomes possible to determine whether allosteric effects will occur. This concept is currently under broad patent application.
